HappyHabit is a family task and reward management application operated by InnovateLabs, Kilcock, Co. Kildare, Ireland. The app allows parents and guardians to set tasks, award stars, and manage rewards for their children.
HappyHabit offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
During the beta testing period, all features are available to all users at no charge.
HappyHabit includes a feature to import school calendar events from PDF documents using AI processing (Anthropic Claude API). By using this feature:

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we believe are being used in ways that could harm children's wellbeing.
All content, design, code, and trademarks within HappyHabit are owned by InnovateLabs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Content you create within the app (tasks, rewards, children's names) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service.
HappyHabit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, InnovateLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HappyHabit. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are an EU consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of HappyHabit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
